It is pretty much a given that if the groom starts to cry, I usually do as well. Needless to say when Richard saw Victoria coming down the aisle, and tears fells from his eyes, I fought back a few of my own. The groom is currently stationed on the mainland with the U.S. Army. After months of being apart, Richard and Victoria finally celebrated with their loved ones the joining of their two lives. Family and friends traveled from all over to support them. The ceremony at Paradise Cove at Ko Olina was such a beautiful setting to start their new beginning. Danny and I were honored to be their wedding photographer and videographer.
On Tuesday, Danny and I sat down with Victoria and her mother to reveal their wedding photos and videos. Richard joined the viewing party on FaceTime. We sat there among the cozy Christmas decorations in their home, while the bride’s mother fed us delicious gingerbread from Germany. I could not help but smile. The couples that we serve are not just “clients” to us, but rather more like extended family and friends. To sit together and laugh and cry happy tears while reliving their wedding day brings us so much joy.
Congratulations Richard and Victoria! Thank you for including us in your wedding day. We wish you all the best in your marriage. Danny and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!
